running helps alot and it reduces hunger so run when u feel hungry and in the morning.
eat less portions dont just give up a meal. eat ur 3 square meals a day but eat less portions like instead of two bowls of rice eat just one.
dont just sit all day get up and do something even if its just vacuming the house.
eat diet foods.. for a while i didnt eat anything that was more than 15g of fat.
